| Hi...........what i thinking is wrong use to the phone........download many thing or wrong firmaware to the phone because it same when we using PC as well. What people said too many rubbish on it and make it hair wire. My house mate using this model without any problem for about 6 months. Good luck.

| Sue Anne, I also facing that problem too. After I upgrade my phone firmware to 4.21. It solved. Although sometimes it restart automatically, but I still can use it without problem.
